by the way, I don't seem to have permissions to comment on your year-end-summary, but just wanted to say, hooray for the new job and getting paid market rate! Next year, I hope you are paid above market rate, or even more (i.e. what you're actually worth). Sounds like you had a pretty dramatic year, but you did a great job getting away from the Asshat (and it baffles me how so many people can be so stupid like that) and the ineffective director... Hope the new job is rocking.
