0.54 doesn't look like Ivanova to me, but I could be wrong; it's definitely her after the BSG woman, though, at 0.58.

1.01 is, I think, Starbuck.

1.04 is Ivanova.

1.35 is Servalan from Blakes 7. 1.58 is Jenna from Blakes 7. 2.02 is Cally from Blakes 7. (That show really did have fantastic female characters.)

2.37 looks like Rogue, yes.

2.53 could be Romana 1. She's definitely a Dr Who companion.

I'm happy to have been reminded just how good Blakes 7 was on this front.

Women with motives that weren't their love lives (revenge, money, nothing else to do, continuing with their normal profession). Women in plural as part of a team. Women who were better at fighting than men but weren't superpowered (unless you count the psychic alien, but even she was a good hand-to-hand fighter) or teenaged (i.e., they were actually somewhat plausible).

The clothes were pretty cool too. Often sexy, but more cool boots than high heels and frequently less cleavage than the men's.

From the filter used, I can at least tell you it's definitely a BBC production. I'd bet pizza money on that, actually -- you just learn the difference between US shows shot on film vs. BBC productions shot on video. (That was one reason I was reluctant to watch Torchwood, until I figured out they're using video but with adjustment filters and speeds that more closely mimic the look/feel of film... so much easier on the eyes!)

3.15 is Captain Anamaria. You know the ship that Jack sails/sinks at the dock in the beginning of "Curse of the Black Pearl"? He stole it from Anamaria, so she comes along on the adventure to make Jack repay her with a ship. I think she ends up captain of the Interceptor at the end of the first movie. So no, she's not Jack's crew, really.

2.57 is Kee from the movie "Children of Men". I love that movie so much; I think it beats the book by miles.

The doctor's assistants are... well, hard to figure out, since the few images I can find aren't always a high quality. For that matter, I suck at face-recognition anyway, unless there's a really prominent detail like hair-color or cheekbones or the shape of the nose. Sigh.

Doctor Who is in the same category as One Piece, in my mind: already so freaking far advanced into any sort of a storyline overall that there's simply no chance I'd ever catch up in this lifetime, any more than the likelihood that I'll ever participate in an Olympic sport. I just came to the game a little too late to do much more than admire the breadth from afar, but I'm not crazy enough to do more!

The only distinctive thing in the entire split-second clip is that at the end of the hallway, there's a lit "V" (or a symbol that looks a lot like the letter V), but I can't place which SF series uses that in its settings. Hrmm.
