You're not the only mac person here :) I haven't heard of a natural keyboard made specifically for macs, but won't any USB keyboard work? I'm not completely sure, since I have a laptop. I just know that I don't have to use a mac mouse; I can use any mouse. I would think the same would apply for a keyboard.
The two I have used myself are the Adesso Tru Form (wavy shape, good keyboard but bulky the way all those are) and the Goldtouch (split keyboard with mulitple axes of bending). I love my Goldtouch really a lot, because it can be set to different front-back and tent elevations, and different degrees of division between the halves. It's also proven sturdier than the Adesso, and it fits on a standard keyboard tray. Only drawback is, no centered mousepad if you use those. Check www.keyovation.com for the Goldtouch. Adesso you can get from most computer stores.
