What's up with her syntax? She uses the phrase, "___ is one that..." as in, "Barack Obama is one that would (insert policy here)". It would be so much easier to say, "Barack Obama would ___". Where does this contorted phrase come from? I don't think it's a Pentecostal thing, but am not sure.
