russian speakers/readers?

kaigouI picked up an old poster for CP, while on my Major Roadtrip a few years back, and I've constantly forgotten to get a picture for translation purposes. My best guess is a magician (possibly part of a circus?), but if anyone can puzzle out the wording, color me curious, and much appreciative. Sorry the image isn't the sharpest; I had to turn off the flash so the protective plastic didn't bounce the light.

Date: 2 Nov 2007 01:19 am (UTC)From what I can tell it's a poster for the illusionist Kio part of the Circus Shapito (a travelling type circus that was very popular before the revolution). The bottom states that the act would be daily at the Central Park in Moscow (or the Gorky Park) from 5-9 (if I'm reading it right) :)
