russian speakers/readers?

I picked up an old poster for CP, while on my Major Roadtrip a few years back, and I've constantly forgotten to get a picture for translation purposes. My best guess is a magician (possibly part of a circus?), but if anyone can puzzle out the wording, color me curious, and much appreciative. Sorry the image isn't the sharpest; I had to turn off the flash so the protective plastic didn't bounce the light.

Would the prices or smaller words give more info about where & when -- I'm curious as to whether this is WWII-era or earlier. There wasn't any info on the picture itself when I got it (and the woman who knew was off for the day, and her husband was watching the shop & had no idea). I just got it because I thought it was a cool graphic, and it was actually one of the few in the shop that wasn't an icon. (Sheesh.)

Ahh...[squints]...not entirely sure, but I doubt it. The first word may (or may not) be 'beginning', which would make the number the time. Really can't make out the last word, but it doesn't look like a year in any case.

And dynasty as in "very recognizable group". I think it's a last name, actually.

oh, and: "a dynasty of illusionists" -- is that what KIO means, or is KIO sort of like Cirque D'Soleil in terms of "very recognizable group of ___" ?

oh, and the last hazy word seems to be "natchalo".. approx. 'beginning at'.
