I'm mostly watching OUaT for the secondary characters, and by secondary characters, I mean Hook, Peter Pan, Grumpy, Rumplestiltskin, and the Queen. Mulan has been the only "Disney Princess" so far that hasn't been a dead bore and her entire plot line with Aurora killed me because Aurora has been the dead-boringest of them all.
The show (and the Wonderland spinoff) have dropped a couple of little nods toward the Star Wars universe. If Vader shows up in Neverland, there will be a strongly worded letter.
(Sleepy Hollow is good fun, as long as you don't walk into it expecting historical accuracy or strict logical consistency within its own mythology. It rests very heavily on the plentiful charm of the cast.)
