The trainer introduced me to one exercise (no idea of the formal name) that... probably looks wierd, but it felt awesome. Just a mild squat, nothing deep, then swing the kettlebell down between your legs and then up in front of you. I'm so used to free weights where the point is to always control your muscles (no wild swinging or letting your body flail), but the momentum in this exercise was purposeful. It felt less like I was raising and lowering the weight and more like it was doing the exercise to me, in a way.
It was somewhere between a little bit of calisthenics, a little bit of weight-lifting, and a little bit of a stretch. Just the perfect amount of burn at the time, and the perfect amount of soreness the day after. Eeeeeeeee.
