I had CP re-listen with me, trying to hear (around the reverb, which is just Not Kind to non-native ears) to see if we could parse out what's being said. At the very least, it appears we figured out what makes Sebastian laugh, or at least what I think makes him laugh. His question is "one who does this..." and Ciel has the presence of mind to respond in the same pattern: "god! would one who believes also be one who summons"? -- it's the repetition of mono that made CP suggest that translation. You could do it as "would a believer be a summoner" but the "one who" creates a pattern that's definitely audible even if you don't know the language (ie, to me), but it also echoes the previous line.
I do like the royal 'we' element in there, though. Adds a nice touch, it does.
Either way or any way, all of these are still better than "enough with the tedious questions" (which just makes him sound like a spoiled prat) and "are we doing this deal or not" (which sounds like anything but someone with a will to assert his own power). I mean, one of the reasons I was intrigued by Ciel from the get-go is that at his very first introduction, he's clearly powerless -- he looks beat-up, implied nekkid under the sheet, and for all the world looking like a victim. Yet he has the absolute chutzpah to tell a demon to get ON with it. Ya gotta respect that in a kid.
