ahahaha, yeah. I thought about that afterwards... but I only have 5 icons in LJ, and something like 100 in DW, so there's no way I'd consistently overlap, anyway. So I never saw reason to bother renaming the ones on LJ. They just do whatever, and I only bother with 'em when I'm commenting somewhere.
