sil_leg used to stand for silvester legolowien, when I was in some lord of the rings induced d&d computer game craze. Then I went to "what does the name mean" databases and decided that silvester eleftherios would be cooler since sil is "forest" in roman and elef is "free" in greek. That went down as silvaelef because typing something that long all the time gets to be a name. Which finally becomes sil which is pretty cool anyway because it also sounds like 修(chinese for cultivation, study and in certain context those hopeful to be wise people sitting under waterfalls trying to attain enlightenment).
