You mean in terms of selling one's cultural elements to tourists? It's pretty much universal, and the ethical questions are complex enough that I don't think it's something that anyone will ever resolve. Outside of a personal position, that is -- each shop-keeper or bar-tender or musician who caters to tourists has to make that decision for him/herself, as to whether it's betrayal of the culture or whether any betrayal is minor compared to the better good (some kind of exposure, increase in income). Well, assuming that it even occurs to the person to question whether it's right or wrong, of course.
