My girlfriend bought it for me at Powell's (I think we actually were there to see Rita Mae Brown - and I think she got it signed for me, the evening is kind of blurry from the awesome) and I remember flipping it open and just stopping, just like you, there are books like this?! in awe and delight. I wish I knew where my copy was.

Moments like that are why I frequent bookstores, looking for that moment where I feel like my soul's bared to the world.

I also want to thank you because I'm taking down the titles of these books and seeing if I can't hit up the library this weekend. :D
