Yeah, absolutely... I hate when any character gets sacrificed for the sake of a pairing, and even if Ken isn't my favorite, I still don't want to see him shredded like that. My favorite is probably obvious, I suppose... I'm predictable like that.
I think that by and large most of the fans don't really know much about soccer at all. And my only real knowledge of it comes from the ways it's similar to hockey. I know hockey. I could care less about soccer. XD But I imagine the goalie position is about the same, and yeah... it's not for a stupid person. It's probably the most cerebral position in the game.
