It's not that I shy away from confrontation so much that sometimes (okay, a lot of times) I just don't see it as productive. Inevitably it becomes a case of everyone's yelling so damn loud, nobody can hear a damn thing. I'm not saying people have to be unemotional -- that won't happen -- but at least be courteous. Problem is, RaceFail eventually devolved into a whole lotta not-so-with-the-courteous, and thus I prefer to err on the side of as non-confrontational as I can get.

Until my next rant, at least.
