One thing America, by 7.2%, has already accomplished-- much of Europe (and the world)'s hope in the US have been restored. I do not know enough of these things to get great hopes up either way, but seeing how enthusiastic my US friends are-- black, white, hispanic, asian, different religions, different social standing, and yet on this they agree-- that raises great expectations. We'll see how this turns out. :)
