It's good to see someone pointing out that extroversion isn't a sign of good mental health any more than introversion is a sign of poor mental health. Different levels of extro/introversion are normal for different people, and what is healthy for one person may be a sign of serious trouble in another. (I know my own extroversion goes overboard when I'm not in a good state.)
Being outgoing is also not at all the same as being happy, of course, just as being happy and being mentally healthy aren't always compatible.
