Taking 5,6, and 11. I'd take more, but I think I'm out of room. I like the photocorner-looking frames.

015 makes me think of Twilight, a pox upon it and its sequels forever and ever amen. Obviously Edward's problem is that he's trying to be seme, which manga has proven again and again is not possible and only results in bad comedy.

Oh yaoi manga... how I do not miss thee. XD

I'm going to steal a couple of these; I'm just not sure which. They all pretty much win.

*gleefully takes MANY*

I wonder if I can find some way to casually drop "But I raped him instead" into [livejournal.com profile] capslock_bleach - bonus points if Rapeface!Ikkaku is involved anywhere in the post/thread...

Also I do not know how it never occurred to me that you might be a part of [livejournal.com profile] yaoi_daily, but it never did. It's a tiny world here on LJ! XD

I'm taking them all to use as the need arises... and I think the need will arise alot! 11, 15 and 17 especially. The designs are lovely and they're easy to read which I really appreciate , WONDERFUL work!

Normally I don't bother much with yd, mostly just keep an eye on it and skip most of them. But I didn't recognize the title at first, though after the first page realized it was one I'd read awhile back, and by then I was already hooked on [livejournal.com profile] madhatterpan's snarkfest. Oh, it makes me happy.

I don't like icons where you have to squint too much to read the words -- what's the point, then? (which is why I very rarely care for the icons with that itty-bitty print on them that's artistic but always makes me feel like if I just had MICROSCOPE EYES or something I'd be able to figure out what it says.)

glad you like!

or the gifs that go by so fast you have to watch it through ten cycles to read it all.

Commentary can make or break a post, I've noticed. XD Ahhhh, I miss the person who did the mostly-capslock commentary for a couple of different series - they posted the series this icon is from (with that caption), and also Yattaraneeze (sp?), which was a decent series made GLORIOUS by their commentary, oh man, I laughed so hard! They haven't posted in ages, though. D:

ABSOLUTELY.

I wonder sometimes if people even notice some of the animated ones I've done for Mononoke, since I tend to set them on such slow cycles with long pauses between.

When I did a bunch of animated ones for Gundam 00, I used the trick I learned when timing length for short competition plays -- read each line aloud, at slow even pace. If I could read the line outloud once (or silently, twice) and then the frame changed, it was long enough. I tend to sight-read verrrry fast, so I did my best to adjust for folks who don't... and when a gif goes by so fast that even I get lost, I figure most folks just end up ignoring it rather than trying to keep up. What's the point, then?
