Hey, no problem -- I didn't realize, either, when I first heard about the situation. For a bit there, that did have me annoyed, and I figured justifiably, since this is an awards process that does require fees paid by the publisher in the course of nomination. And then I found out that no, nominations were not open yet, and I felt suitably stupid, so means you don't have to! I've done the stupid already for both of us.
